In my “June Bride” post a few days ago I posted some pictures. Although it was a mixed wedding, I wasn’t sure about the freedom to take pictures since it was still a ‘local’ wedding. Therefore, I figured that my new iPhone 4S would take photos as well as my beloved Nikon Coolpix. Boy was I wrong!
As you can see from the pictures I did take, the lighting was funky and there was no way to compensate for it with the iPhone. One might say that these photos could be edited with something like Instagram or whatever, but the point is that it shouldn’t be necessary!
In any case, I’m a little disappointed in this reality, but it does give more kudos to my Nikon. π I’ll remember next time not to leave home without it and continue to take my usual sneaky pictures when told I am not allowed. Uwahahah!
