This week started off well with the gym workouts but doing more yoga teaching made me a bit tired toward the end of the week. Need to perhaps focus on the cardio aspect or just remind myself it is only for 30 minutes – which is not difficult to find the time…. Anyway, it is ok. I am moving each day. πͺπ½π
